To ensure the satisfaction of our clients we conduct periodic follow up visits and quality surveys.

All caregivers are our employees and we are fully responsible for them. They are available to perform a variety of duties including Companionship, Homemaking, Personal Care and Safety Supervision as well as Live-in service.

About founders:  

               Vladimir Zarkhin, President, Co-Founder of Right at Home Boston MetroWest

                Originally from Eastern Europe and a long time resident of the Greater Boston area Vladimir has many years of successful professional experience in management, college teaching and entrepreneurship both oversees and in the United States. He holds a Master of Science degree from Boston University. Under his leadership the Right at Home Boston Metro West office quickly gained a great reputation among residents of local communities and in professional circles. Vladimir is an Affiliate Member of the Geriatric Care Management Association, and an active member of its Home Care Taskforce.

              Elena Valko, Vice President, Co-Founder of Right at Home Boston MetroWest 

              Also from Eastern Europe Elena possesses graduate degrees in both speech - language pathology and education. Prior to starting the Company Elena held various leadership positions in human services and allied health, caring for special needs and disabled clients.

Right at Home Boston MetroWest is member of the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aid Services and the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce.
